There's no one size fits all when it comes to creating a training regimen for you. This is why we reject rigidly structured routines as they do not yield the best results for an individual, and often kill their motivation! We believe it is important to critique a routine to observe its effectiveness, and make any necessary improvements. Once a month, we can review your routine with a trainer to see if your routine is right for you. Do not be discouraged if you find your routine doesn't immediately give you your desired results! Oftentimes a little bit of trial and error is needed for the right system to be determined. What's most important is for you stay committed, and don't give up! Positive results are waiting for you!
